About

About the Economics Research Club

The Economics Research Club gives Glendale Community College students the opportunity to explore economics beyond the classroom by conducting student-led research projects.

Members choose economic topics they genuinely care about and turn them into research they can carry with them—developing practical research, analytical, communication, and critical-thinking skills while collaborating with other students.

The club is intentionally open. Whether you are an economics major or simply curious about markets, policy, labor, finance, or data, you are welcome here. Members learn the research process together and support one another throughout each stage of their projects.

Our Approach

Research should be an opportunity to explore questions that genuinely interest you. Members choose their own topics and work through the research process at their own pace, with guidance, resources, and support from the club along the way.
